Plate of Knowledge – Quiz with Tasting

How does it work?

Participants are divided into teams and, through a series of tastings and themed questions, test their taste recognition, culinary knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Selected dishes and ingredients are tasted, with the challenge being to identify hidden ingredients and correctly answer questions on topics such as:

domestic and international cuisine
spices, wine regions, and beverages
culinary techniques and gastronomic facts

Points are awarded for correct answers and successful taste identification. The atmosphere is competitive yet relaxed and encouraging for teamwork.

Tasting Segment of the Program

The tasting content is tailored to your preferences – from simple bites (e.g., spreads, pastries, cakes) to multi-course meals. Beverages are also included (rakija, wine, beer, or non-alcoholic drinks).

Two serving formats are available:

one plate per team (with small sharing plates)
individual plates for each participant

The program is held in various restaurants, which may affect the menu price.
Minimum cost for the tasting segment: from €15 per person (food and drinks included).

Program Price

Quiz segment: from €20 + VAT per person (for groups of 15 to 30 people)
Tasting segment: extra €15, depending on the type and number of dishes
Smaller or larger groups: price upon request

Additional Options

Prizes for winning teams (wine, souvenirs, gourmet gifts): from €40 + VAT
Live music, entertainer, or costumed host: from €100 + VAT per hour
Inclusion of a culinary workshop before or after the quiz – upon request
