Terms of Registration — Varaždin Cipelcug 2026
1. Organizer
The event is organized by DMK Vall 042 d.o.o. (trading as Vall Tours), registered office at Ivana Cankara 9A, 42000 Varaždin, Republic of Croatia. Company ID (OIB): 66713702162, registration number (MBS): 070037768, registered with the Commercial Court in Varaždin. Share capital: EUR 2,654.46, paid in full. 2. Registration
Registration is done exclusively by sending an email inquiry via the reservation button on the offer page, selecting one of two groups:
- Group 1 — departure at 3:45 PM
- Group 2 — departure at 4:30 PM
The inquiry must include all requested information (full name, contact details, number of people, any allergies or dietary requirements, invoicing details, T-shirt size, and age group). Each group is limited to 30 participants, for a total of 60 places. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until places are filled.
3. Price and inclusions
The price of the program is €50 €35 per person (price made possible thanks to the support of the Varaždin City Tourist Board and the Varaždin County Tourist Board) and includes: a licensed guided walk through the historic core of Varaždin, the program at five food stops, food, the planned wine pairing, dessert, closing coffee, and program organization. The price does not include any items not explicitly listed in the program description.
4. Confirmation and payment
After receiving an email inquiry, the Vall Tours team checks availability in the selected group and replies with a confirmation and payment instructions. Payment is made to the business account of DMK Vall 042 d.o.o.:

- Beneficiary: DMK Vall 042 d.o.o., Ivana Cankara 9A, 42000 Varaždin
- Payment reference: participant's full name + "Cipelcug 2026"
A reservation is considered final only once payment has been received. If payment is not received within the agreed deadline, Vall Tours reserves the right to offer the place to another interested participant.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Participants may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund up to September 10, 2026. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to maja@vall042.com, stating the registered participant's name and selected group.
For cancellations received after September 10, 2026, no refund is possible, since commitments have already been made by that point to the partners involved in the program (restaurants, wineries). Instead of cancelling, a registered participant may transfer their place to another person, provided the organizer is notified at least 2 days before the event.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the program in case of insufficient registrations, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its control (e.g. extreme weather conditions), and will notify participants in a timely manner. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
6. Program and changes
Vall Tours reserves the right to make minor changes to the order or content of individual food stops for justified reasons (e.g. venue availability, weather conditions), while aiming to preserve the overall value and quality of the program. The program lasts approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes and includes walking through the historic core of Varaždin, so participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
7. Allergies and dietary requirements
Participants must state any known allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements at the time of registration. In coordination with the participating restaurants, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee full adaptation of every menu item or the complete absence of allergen traces.
8. Age requirement and participant responsibility
The program is open to adults only (18+). By registering, a participant confirms they are themselves of legal age and that all other participants they are registering are also of legal age. Participation in the program is voluntary. Participants take part at their own risk and are required to follow the guide's instructions and respect the house rules of the venues included in the program. The organizer is not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow the guide's instructions or from behavior contrary to general standards of conduct. The program includes wine tasting; however, the guide may refuse further participation to a participant who is visibly under the influence of alcohol or behaves inappropriately, without entitlement to a refund.
9. Personal data protection
Personal data collected during registration (name, contact details, invoicing details, and other information needed to organize the program) is used solely for the purpose of organizing and running the event and communicating with the participant, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). Data is not shared with third parties beyond the scope necessary to run the program (e.g. partners involved in delivering individual stops) and is retained for 6 months from the date of the event, after which it is permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting records of a completed payment). Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by emailing maja@vall042.com.
10. Photography and recording
Photography and video/audio recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes of Vall Tours and its program partners. By registering and taking part in the program, the participant consents to being photographed and recorded, and to the publication of such material on the website and social media channels of Vall Tours and its program partners.
11. Confirming consent at registration
When submitting a registration (currently by email inquiry, until a dedicated online form is available), the participant confirms each of the following statements separately, by marking the corresponding box:

- [ ] I have read these Terms of Registration, including the rule that no refund is possible for cancellations received after September 10, 2026, and I agree to the processing of personal data for the purpose of organizing the event (data is retained for 6 months).
- [ ] I agree to being photographed/recorded during the program for Vall Tours' promotional purposes.
